Just a couple of things..

I recieved the new (sept/oct) issue of Victoria Bliss.
It highlights "Romantic England" showing charming villages, gardens, and quaint shops.
Our favorite, Miss Potter's gardens and grounds.
A really nice issue.

Stop my music at the bottom before you start this, as the music is dreamy.

Playing with Jars, dolls, lace,

I was just playing around with jars again, reflections on glass is difficult, I decided to ignore it.
The dolls are 8" waiting for a costume.
They are content.

I made the mini crowns last year.
The glittered stars and heart are by the magical Madai.
We miss you!

Sweet little bag of goodies

At an estate sale these were jammed in a plastic bag, with many other sewing odds and ends.
The bag was taped shut so I couldn't see, but I just knew to get it.

The booklet is an old "Work Basket", and it was folded so that I had no idea what the paper was, or what it held. It held the crosses. Also the instructions.

Little doily pieces, buttons, thimbles, crochet balls, embroidery thread, etc,,,,Heavenly!
If you want the instructions, you can email me or maybe enlarge this.
My Grandmother gave me my first bible, and she made a pink and white cross book mark for it...I  have it packed away, I will find it and add it later.

Sisters Are Presents..also, my Friends, Mentors, Shrinks, Teachers, and Junkin Pals...

My older sister showered me with gifts. So did my younger sister, I will show those another day.
As Rachael Z. would say,,I die...
Oh, beautifully wrapped hat box..I wonder what is inside...

OH... Awesome  box top!

She made me this! How sweet is that...she knows how much I love the beach.
Her first attempt at assemblage!  I placed it on
my baby quilt that Grandma made for me 58yr ago.

A sweet Peter Rabbit Basket!

He is permanent, always looking out,,,oh sweet little tail...
I have been collecting a little Beatrix Potter.
Each of my sisters put their radar up when I tell them of something I like.
Each of them love junking too.

In the hat box were these cups!!!

A darling photo frame, and a little white picture in another package.

And a yummie beautiful soap,,ver-ee special.

I cry happy, grateful tears.

God blessed me with "two" of the best sisters you could ask for.
They inspire me to be,,,,better.

My forever gift,,, is their love.
